  • Full Body Warmup - Feb 9

    This is a warmup that targets the entire body. Perform before any workout to help prevent injury and prepare your body for training.
    No equipment needed. Enjoy!

    *1:05-5:30 for lower body only
    *5:30-6:50 for upper body only
    *6:50-13:30 for full body

  • Shoulder Mobility-January 31

    This workout consists of a yoga sequence for shoulder mobility. You may go over this sequence as many times as you would like. Enjoy!
