This workout consists of core exercises and conditioning. Each conditioning movement is performed for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest, repeated 4 times.
Equipment used:
-mini band (light or medium resistance)
-light dumbbells
-small step/box
-3 hurdles (any small items can be used as markers ex. Shoes)
-skipping rope (optional)
-kettlebell or dumbbell (for single arm plank drag)
