Oatmeal and Egg Whites

-1/4 cup rolled Oats
-1/2 cup water
-1/2 cup egg whites
-Pinch of cinnamon
-Cook the oats at a low heat and slowly add the egg whites.
-Make sure to stir the oats and egg whites continuously
-Add the toppings of your choice (e.g. berries & organic peanut/almond butter)
