    This upper body workout focuses mainly on your chest, shoulders and back. You can repeat this 20 minute workout 1-2 times or combine it with a core or lower body workout.

    This upper body workout includes a series of arm exercises which requires minimal equipment. Repeat this workout 1-2 times to feel the extra burn.
